Recipes with Carelian Caviar

RecipesTACO WITH CARELIAN CAVIAR BAERIAL MALOSSOL, SMOKED STURGEON AND HERB SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 50g Carelian Caviar Baerial Malossol
  • 2 Santa Maria Soft Tortillas
  • Oil for frying
  • 100g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 0.5 dl Crème fraîche
  • 75g Smoked sturgeon
  • 100g Baby salad
  • 2 tablespoons Mild olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Press out circles of tortilla bread and fry them until golden brown and shape into taco shells. Mix the cream cheese with the creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and toss the baby salad with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into four cocktail glasses and add a little of the salad to each one. Top with the sturgeon and a dollop of caviar. Enjoy!
